On a daily basis, I work with schools, directors, teachers, local governments, and various institutions (including as an advisor to the European Economic and Social Committee – 2023), creating educational programs, development strategies for institutions, training, advising how to implement change and innovative solutions. Besides, I lecture in postgraduate studies (including education management at SGH), train, speak as a motivational speaker, and also as a presenter. I have experience from, among others, TEDx, where I talked about the need to change education and taming uncertainty, as well as participating in panels at the Economic Forum in Krynica and Karpacz. I co-created the Active Use of Technology Workshop PAKT from scratch and was its coordinator on behalf of the leader – Centrum Projektów Polska Cyfrowa.
My very interesting professional path – from a Polish language teacher to a manager and expert in change, innovation, and leadership – has allowed me to implement many interesting projects, and also to participate in the Leadership Academy for Poland, where I could hone my leadership skills under the guidance of professors from Harvard University (my path is a story of courage and change). I am a practitioner of education – as a director, I led the community of Gymnasium No. 1 in Gdynia, introducing the school to the path of profound changes (in 2016 we were selected as one of the six Polish Schools with the power to change the world), I created from scratch the 17th High School in Gdynia, and also ZSO 8 in Gdynia – the first in Central Europe Flagship School of Microsoft (2019). Today, I co-create the 42 Warsaw academy as a director, also having experience in building this institution in Poland from scratch.
I am the author of the book “Project change – from frustration to satisfaction at work in school – a workshop manual”, a co-initiator of the #springofeducation movement, the Social Project of Teachers lekcjewsieci.pl, and the EduLab platform. I run the Educational Leadership Academy. I was a member of the Program Council of the Orange Foundation. In 2020-2022, I sat on the Program Council and the Steering Committee of the “School for an Innovator” program, where I also served as an advisor to school directors and a trainer of trainers. At the beginning of the pandemic, I co-coordinated korki.tv, i.e., online lessons on TVN. In 2022, at the invitation of the Children’s University Foundation, I developed an advisory and training path for directors and vice-directors of the “Child with a Passion” program and created a mentor team.
For my actions in favor of education, I was honored with the Medal of the National Education Commission, as well as the titles of Eduinspirator 2015 and Jutronautka 2022.
